"originally chose a tricolor band but thickness was too thin for me and size did not feel like I wanted. I called and made arrangements to have a custom ring made like the original made a little larger in size and thickness. received it yesterday and it is stunning. Craftsmanship is stellar and only had to pay the difference in cost to custom make it in a larger size and weight. wedding bands are easy to work with you wont be disappointed and Im picky. "Recently I was looking for a new Wedding Band. Being somewhat apprehensive about companies that sell jewelry especially here in South Florida I went on the internet and came across WeddingBands.com. "WeddingBands.com is a great place to buy from. My original order was the wrong size and width. When I contacted them there was no problem at all to correct the size and to order a different width band.the original band was actually a womans width which I did not know They immediately sent me a return authorization email and I had the ring in the mail to them that same day. I received the replacement ring within 2 weeks and it is fantastic! I am so thankful that weddingbands not only let me exchange the ring for the correct size but that they actually allowed me to change my order. My husband was very happy with his new wedding band. "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them.
