"A friend had used the site and recommended it because of its convenience and pricing. I put it in the back of my head and continued on my more traditional approach wedding bands for my wife and I. As we spent time and energy going from store to store being bombarded by sales pressure and unreasonable mark ups I decided to simply compare what I was seeing to the rings at weddingbands.com. "Dear WB, We loved the rings. I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me. The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company.
