"I have been married 10 years. I was told it would be $200 to size my wedding band and engagement ring. I thought that was a little steep esp because I dont even wear my engagement ring/diamond anymore. Instead I got online and found a nice simple brand new ring and it was in my size not all companies offer 1/4 sizes and they engraved it shipped it free and I had it within a week. I love it. It fits perfectly and is very utilitarian. I can cherish my old rings and put them in a safe and wear this one everyday."

When the ring didnt fit you all exchanged it. WB even took good care of a ring I sent as a size example and sent it back tucked carefully in one of those beautiful boxes. I broke the rules. "My fiancé has very big hands and a very unique taste. We searched kay jcpenny perry winkle etc trying to find a ring he loved. Not something that was just okay. Finally we found a ring on wedding bands.com. I ordered a ring sizer actual rings for free and ordered his ring right after. It fits perfect he is inlove and cant wait to be able to wear it he tries I wont let him! Lol great and fast service! We are very happy customers!"

"I would like to thank the staff at Wedding Bands. I would especially like to thank Edessa. She has been wonderful. She helped me with my specific demands on the size and width of the ring. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. Because of Edessas exceptional customer service I will recommend Wedding Bands to everyone I know. By the way I love my ring. It looks better in person than it does on the website. Ive had many compliments.
