Not only were our rings what we wanted, but (first of all), shipping and engraving were free (and the engraving is gorgeous), and the boxes were beautiful. The packaging was exceptional, as the primary and secondary packaging could have been busted open and still nobody could have seen the merchandise. Brilliant! What a company. "I ordered two handmade gold rings. The turnaround time was amazing. I got an email that they were being sent and I got them the next day 6 days from order to receipt. I had to return one to be re-sized and I had it back in 10 days including Thanksgiving weekend. Amazingly prompt and very clear on instructions. Oh and we love the rings too!"
