I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me. The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company.
