"The quality price and delivery of the ring I purchased exceeded my expectations. The customer service folks were very professional and a pleasure to work with. When they tell you that they will get back with you in ten minutes to answer a question expect to hear from them much sooner than that. In spite of the fact that I changed my order to a different size ring midway through the process I can honestly say that they bent over backwards to make it happen in a timely manner. "Dear WB, We loved the rings.
I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.
