I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. But here I am writing one because honestly - I could not be happier with the service and product quality through weddingbands.com. It was so easy to select exactly the size and shape of simple white gold band that I wanted for myself - at HALF the price it would have been in a local store. And for my bride-to-be the local store couldnt even size the ring we wanted for her - but with weddingbands.com no problem. "Very pleased with the product and customer service but beware that in case you live in Europe customs will charge a high amount of tax which was $95 dollars for just one ring of $340... So make sure that you order exactly the ring you want in the correct size etc. or it will cost you even more duties... Otherwise very happy with the ring itself!" Karin B., Netherlands
