"The rings we chose required customisation. The customisation was a wider band which meant the braid then looked much smaller in reality than the photos on the website. Overall we are pleased with the result but not entirely over the moon with the whole experience.
The final result did not have a wider braid to ensure proportionality of appearance was maintained.
Requests for confirmation of what the customisations were to ensure our order was accurately manufactured was met with a when complete we will confirm the customisations. If undertaken incorrectly it would have been too late to change.
Possibly a more proactive order confirmation earlier in the process could be more useful.

"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. I would recommend them to anybody!! Thank you WeddingBands.com for making my once in a lifetime purchase an unforgettable experience. Your level of customer service is what people want and unfortunately do just not get anymore. "GREAT SERVICE!!!
Not only did I need my ring in size GIANT 15 but I also had it altered to a thinner height size 1.8mm down to 1.4mm. I did price the ring with 2 local jewelers and both came in at over triple the price.
It was ready and shipped within days and when I received it it was just perfect. Edessa gave me the best service I have received in pretty much any internet service business I have ever shopped at. Further the quality and execution of the workmanship keep in mind this was custom was way beyond expectations. AAA Plus. would recommend to anyone."

"We decided to take a chance ordering wedding bands online after seeing what the local shops had to offer. Without qualification we got more for our money and we didnt have to listen to crappy piped-in store music and desperate pitches from salesmen on commission. We would definitely recommend bypassing the stores and coming here for wedding bands."
