"My name is Lee Casey I am Cynthias husband to be. I am actually was the one who ordered the ring. The process was extreme quick and easy. I have to say I had my reservations about ordering a wedding band online considering how special the ring is and everyone wants it to be perfect. No one wants a unpleasant surprises especially on their wedding band. After ordering my ring I discovered I made a mistake on the inscription and the next morning I call WeddingBands.com and spoke to a pleasant young man who immediately helped me correct my mistake. My ring arrived and it was perfect and at a really great price. My ring priced at a jewelry store close to me was over $400 more than what I paid for the exact same ring. "The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the ring within four days. It was amazingly beautiful. Thank you weddingbands.com!
