"My wife recently lost her wedding band that we had ordered from your site two years ago. I wanted to surprise her on our anniversary but I couldnt remember what the exact inscription was. Customer service was more then happy to look up the order and let me know what the inscription said and what ring we had ordered before.
I had a new ring very quickly and was able to surprise my wife with the replacement for our anniversary.
Ill be back to buy another if she loses this one too.

"I ordered one of the bands first to check the quality and since I liked it a lot so a few months later I got the other one. The quality was the same. Extremelly comfortable comfort fit shiny heavy feeling even in my thin rings and cheaper than any other place I checked in the US UK and Venezuela. I got my ring to get a few tiny diamonds inserted by my local yeweller and looks just divine!"

"Hi There, Just a note to let you know what a great experience it was dealing with WeddingBands.com. I was very leery of doing things via internet because I've had such bad luck in the past. I was so happy when the ring arrived in a timely fashion, it fits perfectly, and the quality is exceptional. We shopped at many retail sites and choose to go online because of your excellent selection. I admit I thought we would get a thin piece of gold that would bend like a pretzel. I was extremely impressed with the ring's looks, size, and weight in gold.

"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. I would recommend them to anybody!! Thank you WeddingBands.com for making my once in a lifetime purchase an unforgettable experience. Your level of customer service is what people want and unfortunately do just not get anymore.
