Arrived less than a week after ordering despite quote of 2 weeks as it was made-to-order. Absolutely clean no scratches when received.
Been wearing for 3 weeks and extremely happy with it. A couple of minor scratches since due to wear and tear but you need to look really closely to see them.

Weddingbands.com sent us a return address and sent them back. Within 4 days they sent us 2 rings the size we needed. They were so easy to work with and we are extremely happy with our rings.
