"I was uneasy to say the least! about purchasing a wedding band for my husband over the internet but the quality of the ring ease of ordering and speed of delivery was amazing! "I bought the most beautiful Wedding band from Wedding Band dot com. It was a terrific value and the shipping was spot on time. I was so proud of my choice !!! THEN my new wife wanted something different and much Cheaper. They were so understanding at Weddingbands.com. They quickly shipped the cheaper ring and didnt even gouge me on a restocking fee. These people are fantastic I cant believe how nice and understanding they were on such a horrible request o n my part. I wont shop anywhere else again even if I pay more the service is worth anything they would ask but they are also usually the cheapest too !!!"

"I bought a simple ring...a band with 5 small diamonds in it. My engagement ring is a substantial solitaire and every diamond band I put with it seemed to detract from the diamond. I saw a similar ring in tiffanys but it was only available in platinum and I really wanted White gold.
The ring I got is perfect. The inscription is flawless and it is a substantial band with a thickness that matched my cathedral elevated setting. Its also nice to wear alone...the diamonds are small but VERY sparkly.
Im PICKY and would recommend wedding bands.com. There service was great and I got exactly what I wanted and it was as described. A good value and very pretty.

"The rings we chose required customisation. The customisation was a wider band which meant the braid then looked much smaller in reality than the photos on the website. Overall we are pleased with the result but not entirely over the moon with the whole experience.
The final result did not have a wider braid to ensure proportionality of appearance was maintained.
Requests for confirmation of what the customisations were to ensure our order was accurately manufactured was met with a when complete we will confirm the customisations. If undertaken incorrectly it would have been too late to change.
Possibly a more proactive order confirmation earlier in the process could be more useful.
