"We ordered new wedding bands for our 20th anniversary. We absolutely LOVE them! They are everything they were advertised to be. The amazing thing about them - we ordered them late and this company went out of their way to make these bands we had them engraved also - and we received them the day before we left on our vacation. "Dear WB, We loved the rings.
I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.

"Service was very prompt and courteous going the extra mile to call me to clarify a question about my order.
The ring was delivered quickly in very well protected packaging. The engraving was very nice and on a 2mm band that I did not think possible.

Their Customer service is great in the fact that they update you via e-mail on the progress of your order. I received my wedding band ahead of their projected date of delivery and was pleasantly surprised by this. My end order on the screen matched my personal expectation in person once received.
