"Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. "This is the 2nd time I have gone to WeddingBands.com to purchase a diamond anniversary band and they do not dissappoint ! Its very easy to get a hold of a customer service rep and email any specs or pictures to show exactly what you want in your ring. I usually look art the site to get an idea and then discuss my unique needs over the phone. This may be a slight change to the setting or diamond size. For my first order I wasnt sure if a website would be a good way to buy a diamond ring however they make it very easy to discuss your needs and send pictures in advance etc that I went back a second time for another ring to stack with the first. In the case of my second ring once received I wanted a different setting with thicker prongs and they worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted! The quality of the diamonds are great and the customer service excellent! " CC D., USA

"I always got a reply to my emails within 24hours usually straight away but sometimes it took a little longer because of the time difference I got a ring sizer kit in just over a week and when I ordered my ring it came in just over a week as well which I was very impressed with considering Im in the southern hemisphere! The inscription is perfect and I love wearing my very pretty newest piece of jewellery that I will have forever Oh and it fits perfectly as well!" Karen G., Australia
