"Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. "I ordered a white gold wedding band engraved with our names and soon to be wedding date engraved on the inside! The ring arrived quickly and in a beautiful hard plastic box that is very fancy looking! The engraving was a tad on the small side but Im not picky! It looks beautiful! and it cost a TON less than the exact same ring in a big name store would be! I would recommend this site to anyone looking for ring! I was skeptical about buying over the internet but I got my size almost perfect its a hair small but Ive got some winter weight to loose lol And from the rest of the reviews on this site nobody seemed to have any issues so I took the leap and I am very happy with my purchase!"
