It was exactly what was pictured. The customer service is impeccable. They ran into an issue with the engraving I requested and a I received a prompt phone call to clear the matter. "My husband and I have been married for 25 years. His old wedding band was cheap but all we could afford. Over the course of 25 years it had seen a lot of abuse and actually broke because it was so thin. I bought him a comfort fit plain gold band. I tried to guess his size from the old one. Way off. Had to send it back. Made a few calls to customer Service. They were awesome and patient with me. They answered all my questions. The e-mails help me keep track of the shipping which was pretty fast. I was very happy to see that there really is great customer service still out there. Thanks to your staff. I will definitely make more purchases with your company."
