"After going to Zales online and in store I thought there HAS to be something better. They have a 3 week waiting period for your ring order! Not acceptable.
So after looking around online for a minute I found your website and couldnt be happier! You people are great! Large selection great prices and it was delivered in 2 days! Not to mention 50 letters free engraving. Cant beat that. And you are in MN just a few states away. We are totally satisfied with our rings and have told all our friends. I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.
