I didnt see exactly what I was looking for on their web page so I called and I couldnt have has better and more cooperative service. They directed me to something very close and then customized the production to give me exactly what I wanted at no additional cost. To top it off the ring arrived two days before they said it would. "After going to Zales online and in store I thought there HAS to be something better. They have a 3 week waiting period for your ring order! Not acceptable.
