The sales people answered the phone right away answered every question I had and told me what to expect with the next steps in my order. I had a custom request and it was filled perfectly way ahead of schedule and for the best price I could find. I would have been shocked to find my bands on my doorstep just days after my order if it wouldnt have been for the fact that they communicated really well regarding the shipping details. "Two-Tone Gold Comfort Fit Wedding Band - Item 110361. My wife bought this wedding band to replaced the one that I had lost while on a camping trip. This is the exact Byzantine Rope- Coil design that I had for over 25 years. I thought I would never be able to find the exact design ring but WeddingBands.com had it. "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them. You wont be disappointed and if like me you run into any issues e.g. size they make it very easy to resolve."
