"My wife recently lost her wedding band that we had ordered from your site two years ago. I wanted to surprise her on our anniversary but I couldnt remember what the exact inscription was. Customer service was more then happy to look up the order and let me know what the inscription said and what ring we had ordered before.
I had a new ring very quickly and was able to surprise my wife with the replacement for our anniversary.

This is the exact Byzantine Rope- Coil design that I had for over 25 years. I thought I would never be able to find the exact design ring but WeddingBands.com had it. "We purchased the handcrafted rings from this website. We had loved the designs and took pictures of the rings to local jewelers to see if they would make rings similar. Their prices were outrageous! Weddingbands.com had the best designs and prices. But most importantly they had the best service. We had our rings modified in width and engraved. Our rings are beautiful and we love them.
