Their Customer service is great in the fact that they update you via e-mail on the progress of your order. I received my wedding band ahead of their projected date of delivery and was pleasantly surprised by this. My end order on the screen matched my personal expectation in person once received. "I ordered my husband a replacement wedding band through weddingbands.com. I was a little leary of ordering through the internet but was very glad I went through with it. The ring was lovely I was able to have it engraved with our names and wedding date. It was shipped quickly I was able to surprise him for Christmas!
