"I would like to thank the staff at Wedding Bands. I would especially like to thank Edessa. She has been wonderful. She helped me with my specific demands on the size and width of the ring. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. Because of Edessas exceptional customer service I will recommend Wedding Bands to everyone I know. By the way I love my ring. It looks better in person than it does on the website. Ive had many compliments.

"I bought the most beautiful Wedding band from Wedding Band dot com. It was a terrific value and the shipping was spot on time. I was so proud of my choice !!! THEN my new wife wanted something different and much Cheaper. They were so understanding at Weddingbands.com. They quickly shipped the cheaper ring and didnt even gouge me on a restocking fee. These people are fantastic I cant believe how nice and understanding they were on such a horrible request o n my part. I wont shop anywhere else again even if I pay more the service is worth anything they would ask but they are also usually the cheapest too !!!"
