"My husband and I have been married for 25 years. His old wedding band was cheap but all we could afford. Over the course of 25 years it had seen a lot of abuse and actually broke because it was so thin. I bought him a comfort fit plain gold band. I tried to guess his size from the old one. Way off. Had to send it back. Made a few calls to customer Service. They were awesome and patient with me. They answered all my questions. The e-mails help me keep track of the shipping which was pretty fast. I was very happy to see that there really is great customer service still out there. Thanks to your staff. I will definitely make more purchases with your company."

"The wedding band was delivered quickly and I and my fiance were very pleased with the quality of the ring. The fit is perfect! He wanted it to be somewhat heavy so I chose one of the heavier weights which was priced a little higher but both he and I are very happy with

When the ring didnt fit you all exchanged it. WB even took good care of a ring I sent as a size example and sent it back tucked carefully in one of those beautiful boxes. I broke the rules.
