When they tell you that they will get back with you in ten minutes to answer a question expect to hear from them much sooner than that. In spite of the fact that I changed my order to a different size ring midway through the process I can honestly say that they bent over backwards to make it happen in a timely manner. "I am very impressed with weddingbands.com. We ordered our rings ad of course we ordered the wrong size. I emailed weddingbands and they responded with in a couple of hours with a phone call. They confirmed the changes we needed to make emailed us the return paperwork and with in 2 days of them receiving our return mailed out the new rings. They made the whole experience as easy as could be. We now have rings that fit and my wife and I are very pleased with them."

Not only were our rings what we wanted, but (first of all), shipping and engraving were free (and the engraving is gorgeous), and the boxes were beautiful. The packaging was exceptional, as the primary and secondary packaging could have been busted open and still nobody could have seen the merchandise. Brilliant! What a company.
