Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. "WeddingBands.com is a great place to buy from. My original order was the wrong size and width. When I contacted them there was no problem at all to correct the size and to order a different width band.the original band was actually a womans width which I did not know They immediately sent me a return authorization email and I had the ring in the mail to them that same day. I received the replacement ring within 2 weeks and it is fantastic! I am so thankful that weddingbands not only let me exchange the ring for the correct size but that they actually allowed me to change my order. My husband was very happy with his new wedding band.
