"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. "Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. However after reading MANY of the online testimonials and one clarifying phone call with the company I felt more at ease. Then we received our wedding bands but neither one fit. Feeling a little panicked I called the company and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! They immediately sent me an email outlining my concern and the information needed to mail back the rings. My partner was lucky because on the 2nd try his fit perfectly. Mine however needed to be returned a 2nd time again incredible customer service! and on the 3rd try it fit like a charm. I should also note that the turn around time was very quick...within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the rings and we were very impressed when they arrived in a beautiful wooden box. I can honestly say that the rings and every contact we had with the company were exceptional. I do not have any reservation recommending weddingbands.com and I encourage all couples to consider purchasing their rings from them.
