"I ordered my rings through Wedding Bands my wedding was 2 weeks away from the time I placed my order. USPS lost my package claiming it has already been delivered I contacted Wedding Bands to inform them the situation. They immediately follow up with USPS and continue to do so for over 1 week I was just 2 days for my wedding with no rings Wedding Bands step up and manufacture new rings and just before they were about to send them USPS found the package got the rings just in time and I was happily impressed by how Wedding Bands handle the whole thing. On top of that the rings were just exactly what I pictured they will look like my now husband tells me everyday how much he likes his ring and that this feels really heavy and probably cost a fortune the true is that although wasnt in the cheap end the price was very good for such a nice and heavy ring. I didnt see exactly what I was looking for on their web page so I called and I couldnt have has better and more cooperative service. They directed me to something very close and then customized the production to give me exactly what I wanted at no additional cost. To top it off the ring arrived two days before they said it would. "Great service!! the band I ordered was better than pictured!! Absolutely gorgeous I would definitely order from here in the future. My mailing address was different from my billing address and I received a phone call shortly after placing my order to double check that It was not a mistake. The ring arrived in a padded envelope inside another padded envelope well protected and discrete labeling so couldnt tell that valuables were being shipped. The ring/engraving was done in 24-48 hrs and shipped arriving to Alaska within 5-7 days! Amazing! Overall would give this company a 10/10!!!" Heather, Alaska
