"I always got a reply to my emails within 24hours usually straight away but sometimes it took a little longer because of the time difference I got a ring sizer kit in just over a week and when I ordered my ring it came in just over a week as well which I was very impressed with considering Im in the southern hemisphere! "We had some trouble determining the ring size using the plastic ring samples but once the ring size was established the transaction was fast and easy. The shipping package was suitably anonymous for securitys sake. The ring was beautiful and the ring box was a very nice touch."
