"Ordered online after confirming some design changes via email. I got the ring with my specific choices within a week. I am amazed at the speed. The ring is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Dropped the ring on the pavement the minute I got it and it has a nice ding in it but I am sure it can be buffed out - 14k gold is too soft for my abuse. "We live in Australia but got married in NYC and I wanted my husbands wedding band delivered there. I wasnt sure exactly where we would be staying but I asked weddingbands.com the best way to organise it. They suggested getting the ring delivered to the UPS customer care centre and gave excellent advice for how to order it online. As it happened - when I went to collect the ring - the UPS centre thought they may have mislaid the package which was a bit worrying for the hour they took to find it! "I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the band with days to spare and had a wonderful anniversary and even had our priest renew our vows. Thank you and Great Job to all involved!" "I came across Weddingbands.com in one of my random searches online back in 2009 when I was planning for my wedding. I selected on behalf of myself and husband to be at the time - contemporary style two tone 18k gold rings. my husband had issue with his own size as I had not measured it correctly.
