The sales people answered the phone right away answered every question I had and told me what to expect with the next steps in my order. I had a custom request and it was filled perfectly way ahead of schedule and for the best price I could find. I would have been shocked to find my bands on my doorstep just days after my order if it wouldnt have been for the fact that they communicated really well regarding the shipping details. "I always got a reply to my emails within 24hours usually straight away but sometimes it took a little longer because of the time difference I got a ring sizer kit in just over a week and when I ordered my ring it came in just over a week as well which I was very impressed with considering Im in the southern hemisphere! The inscription is perfect and I love wearing my very pretty newest piece of jewellery that I will have forever Oh and it fits perfectly as well!"
