"So I picked up my Fiances ring that I purchased from Weddingbands.com to local jewelry store and ask about sizing the ring. Because I ordered it too large. The salesman asked in a certain tone which said he thought he'd be able to say he could've gotten me a better deal and why didn't I come to him first...So James may I ask how much you paid for this ring? I replied with the price...and his eyebrows went up eyes widened and wrinkled his forehead. He said Large ring...heavy...thats a great price. At that moment I really knew I'd gotten a good price. "Dear WB, We loved the rings.
I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. Many thanks to Steve and the other fine folks who helped us out in a pinch.
