Not only were our rings what we wanted, but (first of all), shipping and engraving were free (and the engraving is gorgeous), and the boxes were beautiful. The packaging was exceptional, as the primary and secondary packaging could have been busted open and still nobody could have seen the merchandise. Brilliant! What a company. I wish all companies serviced the customer like they do. "
