"My fiance and I been looking for a perfect band for him until I found this ring in a shop in Sydney and we both loved it. I was going to buy it that week but by chance I found this website and luckily they had the exact same ring for a much cheaper price!!! I had to make some phone calls to make sure they are legit and their customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. He also called me to let me know the ring had shipped and responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to order again from this company. "So I picked up my Fiances ring that I purchased from Weddingbands.com to local jewelry store and ask about sizing the ring. Because I ordered it too large. The salesman asked in a certain tone which said he thought he'd be able to say he could've gotten me a better deal and why didn't I come to him first...So James may I ask how much you paid for this ring? I replied with the price...and his eyebrows went up eyes widened and wrinkled his forehead. He said Large ring...heavy...thats a great price. At that moment I really knew I'd gotten a good price. "Internet shopping at its best! I was very skeptical because Ive never heard of such a precious investment being purchased online but I read a bunch of the reviews and thought Id give them a call...so heres another great review for ya. I wanted to propose to my partner before he got word of whether or not he got into an MBA program because I didnt want that to dictate whether or not we were engaged so I had 5 days to do this. Every jeweler I went to charged at least $500 more for the ring I want and of course would need 2 weeks to make the ring. Weddingbands.com still needed to make the ring which would take only 5 business days but shipped out a temporary ring for me to use for the proposal overnight. I proposed he said yes we both approved of the chosen rings sent the temporary back and 4 days later not counting the weekend of course and we got our rings appraised and everything. They even called me when they were ready so I had a chance to place the funds in my account before they charged me. Best prices best service. "Very pleased with the product and customer service but beware that in case you live in Europe customs will charge a high amount of tax which was $95 dollars for just one ring of $340... So make sure that you order exactly the ring you want in the correct size etc. or it will cost you even more duties... Otherwise very happy with the ring itself!" Karin B., Netherlands
