"My husband and I have been married for 25 years. His old wedding band was cheap but all we could afford. Over the course of 25 years it had seen a lot of abuse and actually broke because it was so thin. I bought him a comfort fit plain gold band. I tried to guess his size from the old one. Way off. Had to send it back. Made a few calls to customer Service. They were awesome and patient with me. They answered all my questions. The e-mails help me keep track of the shipping which was pretty fast. I was very happy to see that there really is great customer service still out there. Thanks to your staff. I will definitely make more purchases with your company."

"We ordered our wedding bands through weddingbands.com and were very happy with the rings and the free engraving inside the bands. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong size. Weddingbands.com sent us a return address and sent them back. Within 4 days they sent us 2 rings the size we needed. They were so easy to work with and we are extremely happy with our rings. "brilliant what a fantastic website to use and the quality of the product is superior I bought the ring I bought a 14k white gold weaved fit me perfectly!! and what’s most the price here in NZ same ring was gonna cost $2300 so I saved $1300 by buying through weddingbands.com. Fast friendly and ring was here within 2 weeks would definitely recommend to anyone.
