"I would like to thank the staff at Wedding Bands. I would especially like to thank Edessa. She has been wonderful. She helped me with my specific demands on the size and width of the ring. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. Because of Edessas exceptional customer service I will recommend Wedding Bands to everyone I know. By the way I love my ring. It looks better in person than it does on the website. Ive had many compliments.

"I wanted something simple yet of good quality. What I was seeing in local jewelry stores was either way out of my price range or light weight and somewhat cheap in appearance. "I never submit testimonials but the customer service at this company is superior to every one I have ever dealt with. The sales people answered the phone right away answered every question I had and told me what to expect with the next steps in my order. I had a custom request and it was filled perfectly way ahead of schedule and for the best price I could find. I would have been shocked to find my bands on my doorstep just days after my order if it wouldnt have been for the fact that they communicated really well regarding the shipping details.
