"The quality price and delivery of the ring I purchased exceeded my expectations. The customer service folks were very professional and a pleasure to work with. When they tell you that they will get back with you in ten minutes to answer a question expect to hear from them much sooner than that. In spite of the fact that I changed my order to a different size ring midway through the process I can honestly say that they bent over backwards to make it happen in a timely manner. "I would like to thank the staff at Wedding Bands. I would especially like to thank Edessa. She has been wonderful. She helped me with my specific demands on the size and width of the ring. Because I ordered on 9-10-12 and needed by 9-15-12 I was promised a substitute ring by 9-14-12 should there be some delay on my original order. Edessa not only kept me posted throughout the week of my order but she had my ring delivered as promised right on my wedding day 9-15-12. Because of Edessas exceptional customer service I will recommend Wedding Bands to everyone I know. By the way I love my ring. It looks better in person than it does on the website. Ive had many compliments.
