"Dear WB, We loved the rings. I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me. The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. THEN my new wife wanted something different and much Cheaper. They were so understanding at Weddingbands.com. They quickly shipped the cheaper ring and didnt even gouge me on a restocking fee. These people are fantastic I cant believe how nice and understanding they were on such a horrible request o n my part.
