They were fast and efficient but when we got the ring it didnt fit. I went to get it re-sized at a local jeweler and found out it was a fourth size larger than the size I ordered.- Britta,

Ordered online after confirming some design changes via email. I got the ring with my specific choices within a week. I am amazed at the speed. The ring is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted.
Dropped the ring on the pavement the minute I got it and it has a nice ding in it but I am sure it can be buffed out - 14k gold is too soft for my abuse.
