"My wife recently lost her wedding band that we had ordered from your site two years ago. I wanted to surprise her on our anniversary but I couldnt remember what the exact inscription was. Customer service was more then happy to look up the order and let me know what the inscription said and what ring we had ordered before.
I had a new ring very quickly and was able to surprise my wife with the replacement for our anniversary.
Ill be back to buy another if she loses this one too.

"I purchased our wedding rings few months ago and received both in good condition however I had a problem with one of the rings not engraved properly so I sent it back. It was taken care of right away. I am very pleased with the services. We bought the plain platinum rings and they actually feel very expensive considering the price we paid for them.
