"The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the ring within four days. It was amazingly beautiful. Thank you weddingbands.com!

"I ordered two handmade gold rings. The turnaround time was amazing. I got an email that they were being sent and I got them the next day 6 days from order to receipt. I had to return one to be re-sized and I had it back in 10 days including Thanksgiving weekend. Amazingly prompt and very clear on instructions. Oh and we love the rings too!"

"shopped online for a wedding band to replace my original one that no longer fit. WeddingBands.com has the best selection price and web site to view and select your ring including a greater size selection than the other online dealers I called with a question about a ring i was interested in and the man who answered the call was very helpful and told me the ad was worded incorrectly on the web page and assured me it was two tone gold within minutes the web page was corrected ...very impressed waiting for my ring to be delivered promptly and match the web picture and description."
