"Recently I was looking for a new Wedding Band. Being somewhat apprehensive about companies that sell jewelry especially here in South Florida I went on the internet and came across WeddingBands.com. I contacted the company and spoke to Steve who was both informative and professional. I choose the ring I wanted and figured that if I wasnt satisfied with it I would just return it. "I lost my 11-year old 5mm white gold wedding band after I took it off on a hot day while on a trip to NYC.

"The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the ring within four days. It was amazingly beautiful. Thank you weddingbands.com!
