"Ab-so-lutely perfect! Weddingbands.com exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. Great business model. Help was always there but not intrusive. The rings arrived in a matter of days and are of the highest quality. My personal jeweler was impressed by the craftsmanship and called out rings oustanding. "My experience with weddingbands.com was excellent! At first I was reluctant to order a wedding band online due to poor return policies and the fear of getting a ring that did not look as nice as it did online. Then I came across weddingbands.com and found a ring I was really interested in. I made several phone calls and sent several emails to Edessa one of the employees who was more than helpful. Her customer service skills were exceptional and she was patient and knowledgeable about the product procedure and return policy. I was told I had a 30-day risk free guarantee which made me feel comfortable to order the ring. It was custom made for me and when I received it in the mail I was 100 satisfied. I looked at over 500 rings online and in person and the ring that I have chosen to wear is the same ring I ordered from weddingbands.com. Thank you so much for the great service and product!"

"GREAT SERVICE!!!
Not only did I need my ring in size GIANT 15 but I also had it altered to a thinner height size 1.8mm down to 1.4mm. I did price the ring with 2 local jewelers and both came in at over triple the price.
It was ready and shipped within days and when I received it it was just perfect. Edessa gave me the best service I have received in pretty much any internet service business I have ever shopped at. Further the quality and execution of the workmanship keep in mind this was custom was way beyond expectations. AAA Plus. would recommend to anyone."
