"The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. "I have been married 10 years. I was told it would be $200 to size my wedding band and engagement ring. I thought that was a little steep esp because I dont even wear my engagement ring/diamond anymore. Instead I got online and found a nice simple brand new ring and it was in my size not all companies offer 1/4 sizes and they engraved it shipped it free and I had it within a week. I love it.
