Immediately after purchasing the ring I received a purchase confirmation e-mail telling me the estimated date for completion and shipping of the ring. The ring shipped exactly on the date estimated and promptly arrived at my home in a nice box with accompanying appraisal and order paperwork plus info on returning if needed. The quality of the ring was excellent the fit perfect and the free engraving on the inside of the ring was the special touch. "Iam very happy with the gold bands I bought. No hassles. If your order requires a signature upon delivery I suggest you have your mail put on hold thru usps post office you can do it online and its easy. I had my order within a week from placing the order. Very happy with this company!!"
