We were kept informed up until rings were despatched and could track the items during delivery. Couldnt pick a fault if I tried! Good Job!"

"My wife recently lost her wedding band that we had ordered from your site two years ago. I wanted to surprise her on our anniversary but I couldnt remember what the exact inscription was. Customer service was more then happy to look up the order and let me know what the inscription said and what ring we had ordered before.
I had a new ring very quickly and was able to surprise my wife with the replacement for our anniversary.
