"I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. "Mens Palladium Flat Band - 5mm x 1.5mm matte Arrived less than a week after ordering despite quote of 2 weeks as it was made-to-order. Absolutely clean no scratches when received. Been wearing for 3 weeks and extremely happy with it. A couple of minor scratches since due to wear and tear but you need to look really closely to see them. "My fiance and I been looking for a perfect band for him until I found this ring in a shop in Sydney and we both loved it. I was going to buy it that week but by chance I found this website and luckily they had the exact same ring for a much cheaper price!!! I had to make some phone calls to make sure they are legit and their customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions and were very helpful.
