"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. I would recommend them to anybody!! Thank you WeddingBands.com for making my once in a lifetime purchase an unforgettable experience. Your level of customer service is what people want and unfortunately do just not get anymore. Thank you for making this 1000 mile back and forth transaction via mail seem like a small town transaction with the jewelry store just 2 blocks over from the house."

"I bought the most beautiful Wedding band from Wedding Band dot com. It was a terrific value and the shipping was spot on time. I was so proud of my choice !!! THEN my new wife wanted something different and much Cheaper. They were so understanding at Weddingbands.com. They quickly shipped the cheaper ring and didnt even gouge me on a restocking fee. These people are fantastic I cant believe how nice and understanding they were on such a horrible request o n my part. I wont shop anywhere else again even if I pay more the service is worth anything they would ask but they are also usually the cheapest too !!!"
