I believe the man I spoke with is called Steve. I had a time constraint on the delivery date and he upgraded the shipping for free to ensure the ring arrived on time. "I ordered two handmade gold rings. The turnaround time was amazing. I got an email that they were being sent and I got them the next day 6 days from order to receipt.
