"So I picked up my Fiances ring that I purchased from Weddingbands.com to local jewelry store and ask about sizing the ring. Because I ordered it too large. The salesman asked in a certain tone which said he thought he'd be able to say he could've gotten me a better deal and why didn't I come to him first...So James may I ask how much you paid for this ring? I replied with the price...and his eyebrows went up eyes widened and wrinkled his forehead. He said Large ring...heavy...thats a great price. At that moment I really knew I'd gotten a good price. "The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. As they said they would they did. I received the ring within four days. It was amazingly beautiful. Thank you weddingbands.com!

"I ordered my rings through Wedding Bands my wedding was 2 weeks away from the time I placed my order. USPS lost my package claiming it has already been delivered I contacted Wedding Bands to inform them the situation. They immediately follow up with USPS and continue to do so for over 1 week I was just 2 days for my wedding with no rings Wedding Bands step up and manufacture new rings and just before they were about to send them USPS found the package got the rings just in time and I was happily impressed by how Wedding Bands handle the whole thing. On top of that the rings were just exactly what I pictured they will look like my now husband tells me everyday how much he likes his ring and that this feels really heavy and probably cost a fortune the true is that although wasnt in the cheap end the price was very good for such a nice and heavy ring. We love our rings and I highly recommend you to get them from Wedding Bands."
