"So I picked up my Fiances ring that I purchased from Weddingbands.com to local jewelry store and ask about sizing the ring. Because I ordered it too large. The salesman asked in a certain tone which said he thought he'd be able to say he could've gotten me a better deal and why didn't I come to him first...So James may I ask how much you paid for this ring? I replied with the price...and his eyebrows went up eyes widened and wrinkled his forehead. He said Large ring...heavy...thats a great price. At that moment I really knew I'd gotten a good price. When I contacted them there was no problem at all to correct the size and to order a different width band.the original band was actually a womans width which I did not know They immediately sent me a return authorization email and I had the ring in the mail to them that same day. I received the replacement ring within 2 weeks and it is fantastic! I am so thankful that weddingbands not only let me exchange the ring for the correct size but that they actually allowed me to change my order. My husband was very happy with his new wedding band.
