"The ring looks great! I received the wrong finish at first so all I had to do is send it back with a pre-paid return label and I got the correct finish ring back a few days later! Great customer service and communication! I feel like this ring is high value because I didnt have to break the bank for it but it looks as good if not better than all of those expensive jewelry store wedding bands for men. "The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time.
