When the ring didnt fit you all exchanged it. WB even took good care of a ring I sent as a size example and sent it back tucked carefully in one of those beautiful boxes. I broke the rules. "Great experience with this company.
Ordered a free sizing kit selected the right size placed my order on-line.
The ring was quickly shipped to my door and its beautiful!
Caveat that they will not ship to PO boxes though. You need to have a physical street address for them to ship the ring to.
